Application

PHENOL is an important basic raw material in the manufacture of Synthetic resins, Pharmaceuticals, dyestuffs and many other versatile chemicals.
PHENOL formaldehyde resins are used in laminates , plywood, foundry, moulding powder, leather, paint etc.
PHENOL is a basic raw material for the manufacture of Bis Phenol - A, and Alkyl phenols like Nonyl, Octyl, Dodecyl, Cumyl phenol etc.
PHENOL is used in the manufacture of rubber chemicals, lubricating oil additives, antioxidants , phosphate plasticizers, synthetic tanning agents, pesticides etc.
PHENOL is used in the manufacture of caprolactum cyclohexanol, Picric acid etc.
PHENOL is used in the manufacture of drugs like paracetamol, Acetyl Salicylic acid, phenolphthalein etc.
PHENOL plays an important role in lube oil refining.
