Application
  • PHENOL is an important basic raw material in the manufacture of Synthetic resins, Pharmaceuticals, dyestuffs and many other versatile chemicals.
  • PHENOL formaldehyde resins are used in laminates , plywood, foundry, moulding powder, leather, paint etc.
  • PHENOL is a basic raw material for the manufacture of Bis Phenol - A, and Alkyl phenols like Nonyl, Octyl, Dodecyl, Cumyl phenol etc.
  • PHENOL is used in the manufacture of rubber chemicals, lubricating oil additives, antioxidants , phosphate plasticizers, synthetic tanning agents, pesticides etc.
  • PHENOL is used in the manufacture of caprolactum cyclohexanol, Picric acid etc.
  • PHENOL is used in the manufacture of drugs like paracetamol, Acetyl Salicylic acid, phenolphthalein etc.
  • PHENOL plays an important role in lube oil refining.
